The 2019 Dunn Wildcats basketball season is finally upon us.
Tryouts for the various teams will be held tomorrow and Wednesday at the Dunn PAL Fitness Center. Beginning Tuesday at 6 pm, middle school players will report to the gym. High schoolers will arrive afterwards, at 7:30. Wednesday’s tryouts will be for players 12 and under, starting at 5:30 pm.
All new players will have to fill out a Dunn PAL application.
Following roster finalizations, the first tournament opportunities will be at the end of the month.
Dunn will also host several tournaments throughout the travel season. First, the NTBA Walter Blue Memorial Basketball Tournament will be held March 30th and 31st. Then, the NTBA Khalil McBryde Memorial Basketball Tournament will be April 13th and 14th. Lastly, the NTBA Mother’s Day Shootout will be held May 11th.
